Tailgating Tops the List of Britain’s Most Annoying Driving Habits (Again!)

If you’ve ever had someone glued to your rear bumper on the motorway, you’re not alone — and you’re definitely not a fan. According to a recent survey of over 12,000 UK drivers, tailgating has once again been crowned the nation’s most annoying driving behaviour. No surprise there, right?

More than a quarter (27%) of drivers said tailgating drives them mad, with good reason. It’s not just frustrating — it’s dangerous. Having another car sitting a few feet behind you can make you feel pressured, distracted, and stressed out.
